- What is Complete?
- Complete is the fitness superapp: every sport counts, and you compete with your friends in all of them. This iPhone app starts from your long-term goals, counts every workout you do, reads your recovery, recommends what to do each day and writes a plan when you have a race. It also gives you a Complete Age, an age for your body that reads your cardio fitness, resting heart rate and HRV, and functional fitness, plus your blood results if you add them; it does not currently count training consistency. The aim is more good years.
- Is Complete free?
- Complete is free to download, and logging and sharing your workouts on it stay free. Complete Premium is a paid subscription, and the support page lists the price.
- Which sports does Complete cover?
- Every sport counts. Any workout that reaches Apple Health, from padel and football to hockey, earns points toward your score and shapes the recommendation for each day, toward your goals. When you have a race, Complete writes a running, Hyrox or general fitness plan and builds the week around your other sports. It aims to cover every sport you do; if yours doesn’t fit yet, email support@ccomplete.app and we’ll build it as soon as we can.
- Which wearables work with Complete?
- Almost any. Every watch that writes to Apple Health works, including Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Polar and Suunto, and WHOOP and Oura connect directly for recovery and sleep. You can also import FIT files. There is no Strava connection.
- Can I set my own heart rate zones?
- Yes. Your zones are built from you: your own runs, a field test or a lab test. You can type in your own numbers too.
- Does today’s session change when my recovery is low?
- Yes. A red recovery score turns today’s session into rest or an easy one, and if you follow a plan, the rest of the week stays. Your paces update every Monday from the runs you log.
- How do I measure my VO2max?
- From a lab-grade test we bundle into your membership, or an in-app Complete test using the watch or earbuds you already own. No chest strap required.
- Who makes Complete?
- Paul Schmidt builds Complete. He is on X as @qaulv, and the app posts as @trycompleteapp.
